NOGRAVITY it's an equipment to improve the golfer's performance, working on his psycho-motorial skills in an innovative way.
The "Zero gravity" floatation allows the complete relaxation of the column, with a sensitive extension since the first session (20 minutes); this is hardly achievable with even the most exhausting stretching session.
The absolute suspension, together with the water temperature and pressure (customizable) gives the musculoskeletal system a decontracturant effect, relieving the typical lumbosacral pains, with an increase in flexibility and trunk twist, essential for the back swing angle and for the follow trough.
A complete immersion in NOGRAVITY warm waters (that can even be done while dressed, without getting in touch with water) gives a thorough mind relaxation, allowing a quicker and better quality of sleep, thus increasing concentration and the body-mind adjustment, that can be kept over time.
You can set 4 different phases of treatment, every setting will change the parameters (floating time, pauses, massages, colors and temperatures) relating to the effect wanted: pre-competition; post-competition; post thrauma; relaxing.
In the pre competition phase, the heath brought to the joints together with some massage water flows, gives a better mobility with a relative increase in the joint's range.
The thorough relaxation created by the suspended floatation gives high lucidity and concentration skills.
In the post competition phase all the NOGRAVITY treatment steps are prodromic to a quick end effective recovery. Heath, used as a myorelaxant, is the pivotal point on which everything is then based. The suspended and floatation position gives joint unload to the whole column, coxofemoral hips, knee and shoulder. Water's constant pressure provokes a precocious reabsorption of the performance due catabolytes; all the internal water circulations increase this reabsorption.
To be precise, there are water flows that wrap the coxofemoral joint, completely relieving pains and hips stiffness.
Another water flow in the lumbar region, this place is exceptional to alleviate pain and fatigue due to golf practice as it works on the area twisted in the techincal motion.
The column is highly and repeatedly stressed during competition or training, thus decompression given by floatation combined with flows can make the difference in a precocious recovery, expecially in competitions held on more days, where the structural and muscle efficiency could progressively decrease.
The third water flow is focused on feet and legs. It's the most powerful of the three flows and works to drain, relieve fatigue, strenghten and lighten tired feet and legs.
This aspect in not to be neglected in golf practice, where the athlete spends many hours standing or walking. Legs can become swollen and heavy, even more if the golfer plays on a heavy or climbing land. The chance of having always top efficient legs and feet can be decisive for the final score.
